Yep… 10 days remain before D-day. Today I ordered 20 kg of first class short rib meat. This weekend I’ll start preparing radish (rettich) kimchi. At my favorite Chinese toko Dun Young at Nieuwmarkt I found Korean style radish, which is crunchier than the Dutch version. I’ll try to post a story about making kimchi this weekend.
